Changing a Customer Account Reference

You may wish to change the customer account reference although it is uncommon.
To do so complete the following:

1. Access the customers module - Main Menu - Modules - Customers
2. Select the Data menu
3. Click on the ACC Ref Change icon
4. Find the customer account you wish to change and enter the new Account Reference in the yellow cell for that row.
5. Click on OK






More often actually what you really may want to do is add a brand new customer and record that they have now become the owner of an existing installation.
