Changing Customer Details for an existing Installation

If you wish to change the customer details for an existing Installation complete the following:


1. Click on the Installation Edit icon
2. Click on the Customer Edit icon
3. Change the customer details as appropriate then press Save
4. Press Save when returned to the Installation screen
  1.       Be careful to decide if you intend all previous contract addresses to be changed. The default setting changes all contracts top the same address.

You can change ownership of an Installation to an entirely new customer simply by selecting an Alternative Customer Ref at Screenshot 2
