Email Templates for Word Merge Documents

To associate or edit a standard Email message with a Word Merge Template , click on on the symbol for the relevant Word Template.
Then assemble both the Subject and Email Message text using a combination of Words, Merge fields and Accept Now Links.

This email text will be used when emailing the complete Merged Word Document complete with Quote details/Report to your customer as a covering email message




Both the Subject and Email Message can be a mixture of  words and merge field values using the drop down box at item 1
 To insert an accept now link which the customer can use to accept your quote click on the button at item 2 below
