Xero Integration Configuration Process

Follow this one time process to create a custom app that points Tracker Pro to your Xero Cloud Accounts allowing regular daily/weekly Tracker Pro and Xero Integration uploads and downloads.

STEP 1 - Login to the Tracker Pro Admin Website https://[your stealthsys client id].trackerpro.co.uk/Admin/  with any valid Tracker Pro userid and password
replace [your stealthsys client ID] with your own unique client Id as created in Stealth Systems




STEP 2 - Open another window/tab and navigate to Xero Developer  https://developer.xero.com/

STEP 3 - Click Login. (Login with your normal Xero userid and password)


STEP 4 - You may be prompted to validate the PC by the Xero verification process. If so follow the on screen instructions
Click on Send email Verification, confirm on the email sent to you by Xero then return and click on Continue Granting Access

Step 5 Click on My Apps Menu




Step 6 Click on New App

 



Step 7 : Fill in the black popup screen with the following details, tick to agree terms, then click on Create App:


a: App Name:                     Trackerpro

b. Company or app  URL: https://yourcustomerid.trackerpro.co.uk/

c: Privacy Policy:  https://www.stealthsys.co.uk/clients/Home/Privacy_Policy

d: Oath2 redirect URL https://yourcustomerid.trackerpro.co.uk/admin/authorization/callback


NB - remember to replace the red text with yellow background to your unique customer URL 


Step 8 : Click Generate a Secret





Step 9 : Copy Client Id and Secret from Xero App To Tracker Pro App

A: Copy Client ID Tracker Pro App page
B: Copy  Client Secret to Tracker Pro App page




Step 10: Click Save Button on Xero Config Page

Step 11 : Press Save Configuration on Tracker Pro App configuration page

Step 12: Click on My Apps on Xero Developer and confirm your Tracker Pro app is now listed
