Shuffling a Contract

Shuffling a Contract

You may wish to shuffle a contract(s) date(s).
This will have the effect of moving all contracts for an installation and all the service due dates for the installation service history.
You are most likely to do this post migration if your data has been brought in from another system.

Once you have selected the records you wish to shuffle in the Installation Module, complete the following:

1. Right mouse click on the records and select the shortcut menu Shuffle Contract
2. Enter the days by which you want to shuffle the contract + or -
3. Click on apply.

Remember to check the effect the shuffle has had on the Next Service Date Due, the contract Start and End dates.
