Sharing Files With An Engineer

Should you wish to share a file or files with an engineer, yuo should complete the following:

1. Add the files to the filing cabinet
2. Check the file privileges to ensure they are shared with Engineers.
3. Sync the files to the cloud server mirror to ensure the Engineer can access them.
