Sending multiple reports - report Merge

You can easily send reports for one record by clicking the PDF icon on the Quick Action colum for any record.
Should you wish to send a report in the style of a merge to multiple recipients,  that can be achieved using the Print Button at the top of the page after selecting multiple records using the selection tick box on the left hand side.

1. Select the records you wish to generate a report for then click on the printer icon



2.  Select your merge style and then click on the email icon next to the report you are interested in

Merge Style can be Merge to Many ( multiple emails - one report to each selected contact), Merge to One ( create multiple outputs -  1 per record but send them all to one email address ( single email) , Single Report - generate only one output for all selected records)
Notes
The # icon allows you to create an email template and save it with any report so you do not have to individually type covering emails




3. Review and amend any text in each individual email , review the report content (clicking on the PDF icon or the Printer Icon) then Press Send Email icon
