Send a Contract for Customer Online Signature and Acceptance

You may wish to send a contract to be accepted by the customer.
This can be achieved electronically providing a single click method of acceptance by the user and the ability to sign or decline and indicate the reason for declining.
You undertake the following steps within these screens to achieve that.

Screen 1: Cloud Dashboard - click on Subscriptions Icon
Screen 2: Select Contracts/Subscriptions and click on Send Contracts
Screen 3: Select your preferred report that you wish to accompany the email and press the email icon
Screen 4: Check the email and report in preview mode then press Send Email




Screen 1: Main Dashboard - Click on Subscriptions icon.




Screen 2: Subscriptions List  - Select Subscriptions and click on Send Contract





Screen 3: Select your preferred contract report and click on the email icon on the row to send



Remember to save you work every time you do this, set a standard covering email template by clicking the <#> icon and also set your preferred report as a favorite by clicking the padlock.

Screen 4: Preview your batch of emails before sending , using the pencil to edit the email addressees and text and PDF icon to preview the attached report then press Send EMail.


Upon accept or decline of the contract , you will be emailed and additionally the response & signature will be shown in the Subscriptions list.

It is a good idea to setup a contract  for you as a test customer , sending it to yourself to understand the customer experience.
