How to Install & License Tracker Pro

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

1. To  download the windows software program – click on this link

2. Download the Full Installer by clicking on the Download  ( Orange button) to download the Full Installer setup file.

 

INSTALLING ON YOUR FIRST (SERVER ) PC
Identify a PC that will be considered the Tracker Pro Server ( this will only be used as a fileshare for the filing cabinet).

Follow the next 3 screens (Your Stealthsys Website Login ID  is your unique customer ID)








INSTALLING ON YOUR SERVER (On the  LAN)

Identify a PC that will be considered the Tracker Pro Server ( this will only be used as a fileshare for the filing cabinet).
If you are installing on THE FIRST PC select the following
  1. Multiple User
  2. Server
  3. Unique Client ID:  (Your Stealthsys Website Login ID  is your unique customer ID)


INSTALLING ON YOUR SECOND PCS + (To operate within YOUR LAN)
  1. Multiple User
  2. Client – Local Worker LAN
  3. Unique Client ID:  (Your Stealthsys Website Login ID  is your unique customer ID)
  4. You will be asked for the path to your server as follows – you only need to overtype the [SERVERNAME] portion including the square brackets - highlighted.



INSTALLING ON YOUR SECOND PCS + (To operate outwith YOUR LAN : i.e.  A Remote Office or a laptop)  
  1. Multiple User
  2. Client – Remote Worker WAN
  3. Unique Client ID:  (Your Stealthsys Website Login ID  is your unique customer ID)


 
 
A: Logging into Tracker Pro for windows (Default Settings - please change this after first use)
  1. Default User:           manager
  2. Default Password:  password

 
B: Logging into Tracker Pro Engineer Web Application
  1. https://[youruserid].trackerpro.co.uk
  2. User:  Setup users in Main Application Menu : Settings - Users
  3. Password: Allocate password in Main Application Menu : Settings - Users
  4. Add a shortcut on your device to the link above or add a link on your Home Page
    5.
  1. *Replace the highlighted text above at point 1 with your unique customer ID.
