How to view and edit Passwords and add new users

In order to view user details, change passwords or add a new uses in Tracker Pro access the following Menu:

Additionally all user settings including privilages and email signature can be created and edited in this view.

Step 1 : From the main menu select Admin  - Users

Step 2: To edit the password or any details click the pencil to access the record details form

Step 3: After edit Click on OK

Step 4: Email an invite to the user complete with their new password.

This login is valid to login to any version of the Tracker Pro Suite

The Windows Admin Application, the Web Admin Cloud Applications  and the Web Engineering Cloud Application.

Although there must be a value in the Mobile License Key field in order to login to the Web Engineering Cloud Application

Should you be attempting to enable the Mobile Web App for this user but have no licenses available then an additional license should be purchased currently, either by selecting an additional license in your Stealth Web Portal or by raising a ticket with Stealth Systems requesting an additional Web App License ( Email : support@stealthsys.co.uk )

Should you be attempting to re-allocate a mobile license from one user to another simply edit the user who you wish to remove the license from and set the drop down title Mobile License Key  to the first entry in the list (null/blank/empty) then press save, then edit the second user who you wish to allocate the license to and select the license key that you released from the first user and press save.

To Send an email Invite to a User to access the cloud app and/or install Tracker Pro for Windows,  complete with their login details , simply press the email icon on the Passwords List after firstly ensuring there is a valid email address contained in the user settings for that user.  Installation of the Windows Version for Cloud only users is not recommended. It is anticipated that the Windows system will be considered for retirement in 2025.

Tracker Pro User Edit

You can edit settings for as user here including the following:

1. Select User Rights : Manager is highest and Engineer is the lowest.
   
1. Engineers can not access the admin application
   
2. Admin Users can access all applications with restrictions on adding/editing passwords
   
3. Managers can access all applications and can setup new users adding/editing passwords
   
2. Tick the Customer Portal Admin to ensure you are advised of any important Customer Activity including Quotation Acceptance
   
3. Tick Default User ToDo to make the routing of ToDo items simpler. That user will receive any Todos unless an alternative is selected
   
4. If a user needs to access the engineer app, they should have a mobile license key - these can be obtained from Stealth Systems
   
1. An engineer number should also be selected to route engineer jobs to that user.
   
5. Tick the relevant boxes to enable privileges
   
1. View All Engineers will allow a user to see all Engineers Appointments ( if unticked only the engineer appointments for the
   
2. Engineer selected in the Employee selection box will be visible
   
6. Email Signature can be edited , copy / pasted and designed in this view. This will be used for all outgoing emails for that user.
