How to change Passwords and add new users

In order to change passwords or add a new uses in Tracker Pro access the following Menu:

Step 1 : From the main menu select Settings - Passwords
Step 2: Either select an entry and click on Edit or click on New
Step 3: To edit the password simply change the value in the Password field.
Step 4: Click on OK
Step 5: Email an invite to the user complete with their new password.

This login is valid to login to any version of the Tracker Pro Suite
The Windows Admin Application, the Web Admin Cloud Applications  and the Web Engineering Cloud Application.
Although there must be a value in the Mobile License Key field in order to login to the Web Engineering Cloud Application

Should you be attempting to enable the Mobile Web App for this user but have no licenses available then an additional license should be purchased currently, either by selecting an additional license in your Stealth Web Portal or by raising a ticket with Stealth Systems requesting an additional Web App License ( Email : support@stealthsys.co.uk )

     



To Send an email Invite to a User to install and use Tracker Pro,  complete with their login details , simply press the icon on the Passwords List after firstly ensuring there is a valid email address contained in the user settings for the user.
