Add a Manual to a Customer Web Portal
n order to add a manual to a customers portal you simply complete the following steps
- Add a picture to the device image tab for the device in the devices module
- Add a manual to the filing cabinet of a Device in the devices module
- Tag the manual in the Devices filing cabinet as a customer manual using the setup visibility shortcut menu in the Devices Module.
- Add the device code to the components tab of any installation.
