Delete a Service Agreement Contract

If you wish to delete a contract follow these steps.

1. Select the Installation and click on the Installation Activity icon to view the contracts/service history.
2. Ensure you understand the contract history and select the correct contract that you wish to delete. Use the arrows to navigate all contracts
3. Press the delete key once confirmed that this is the correct record then OK to confirm
4. Press the Save button and check that the dates have been recalculated as expected (next service and next renewal date) and that the history is now correct.
