Creating , Pricing and Loading Assemblies

Assemblies are pre-priced lists of charges that you wish to save for future use.
Creating, saving and recalling is a simple process.

1. Firstly price your Job or Quote as normal adding all the devices you wish, creating charge rows on your Job or Quote.
2. Then select Assembly Save and give it any appropriate name you wish.
3. In future when you wish to recall that assembly complete with pricing simply load your Job or Quote and select Assembly load. selecting the assembly you are interested in from the dialog.

Remember you can add an assembly to an existing quote or Job that you have already added Charges to , It will simply add the parts & charges to your quotation or job in addition to those already priced/added.

1. Build up the list of parts you wish to charge taking the time to complete as much of it for the assembly as possible that will be useful such as locations of components..
NB  - You can use the Add Sales Margin function to achieve the exact level of margin you wish to make on the job or quote reviewing a neat summary in the Profit tab.

2. Select Assembly Save and give it any  appropriate name you wish.

If the Save option is selected then the existing assembly selected will be overwritten and the Save as option will save a new assembly after a name is entered.
Remember to Save Your Job or Quote as normal.




3. In future to recall an assembly which includes the pricing and all data entered during the build up of the charges simply select Assembly Load and select the assembly you wish to load, then click the Select button.

The Clone Assembly and Delete Assembly icons on the Assembly Details screen can be used to duplicate an existing one  ( creating a new copy ) or delete existing ones.
