Creating a New Contract - Convert to Live

An installation will have an Offer Contract which can be Converted to Live where there has previously been a contract created. I The Convert to Live action will use the Offer contract details to generate a live contract. The offer contract details can be edited at any point in the normal way through the Installation Activity form to reflect any desired future contact details any time in advance of the contract renewal. To convert to live complete the following.

STEPS
  1. Check the summary details of the Offer Contract to ensure they reflect your intention for the renewal. If not you can edit them using the normal contract edit function accessed via Installation Activity, making sure you edit the Offer Contract.
  2. Click on the Covert Live button or Convert Live icon.
  3. Check the latest contract and the new Offer Contract details have refreshed as per your expectations.
