Changing Test Result set for an Existing Appointment

There may be times when you wish to change the test result set associated with an appointment.
In order to do that follow these steps.

Open the Timeline and locate the entry in the Diary or Timeline view and edit it.
To Edit it - Right mouse click and select open or double click on the entry.

Click on the Test Results tab then change the test results selected  in the bottom grid.

If only the Change button is enabled, this indicates that you have previously entered test results.
You will be prompted to delete these in order to continue.

You can now enter your new results as normal on the engineer web application or within the Windows application.
To enter your new test results in the Windows application you can achieve that from two locations.

1.From the appointments mini browser tab within the Jobs module by clicking in the icon marked in red.

2. From the View Complete icon within the Timeline grid view - highlighted below.
