Adding an email signature for a Tracker Pro User
To add an email signature which appear at the foot of any email dispatched by that user complete the following steps:
Form the menu - Admin - Users menu click the pencil next to the user for whom you wish to add/edit a signature:
1. Click on Users
2. Click on the pencil next to the user you wish to add/edit the signature for
3. Edit the email signature area.
4. Press Save
You can copy and paste in graphics or load them in from file
You can insert and create hyperlinks using the menu options
