Adding a picture to a Job in the Gallery
A picture can be added to a job , call or quote .
This picture will automatically be viewable in the Gallery tab of the engineer app by any engineer who has an appointmnet for that job, call or quote.
1. Load the Job from the Cloud application by clicking on the pencil at the left.
2. Click on the Gallery Tab.
3. Click on Upload button, Browse, enter a description (optional) and press save.
4. The new picture has now been added to the Gallery and can be viewed (enlarged) by clicking on it.
Once completed all pictures will automatically visible to any admin and any engineer who has an appointment for that Job, Call or Quote.
If you wish to add a Picture to the Installation which will be shown on every Job, Quote or Call raised for the Installation, add to the Installation Gallery in a similar way however that can be completed by editing the Installation in the Installation Module.
1. Load the Job
2. Click on Gallery
3. Click Upload
3.1 Click Browse and select a picture3.2 Enter a description (optional)3.3 Press Upload
4. Picture can now be viewed in the Gallery by any admin or engineer.
Clicking on the item enlarges it . Clicking the Down arrow downloads the picture. Clicking on the bin deletes it. Selecting multiple (indicated by the blue dot) then allows Bulk Deletion by clicking the red Bulk Delete button.
